At Carolina Behavioral Therapy LLC (CBT), our clinicians specialize in the use of evidence-based treatments to treat suicide / self-harm behavior, PTSD, OCD, mood disorders, and other problem behaviors including substance use. We offer adult and adolescent Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) programs, Prolonged Exposure Therapy (PE) for PTSD, and Exposure and Response Prevention (EX/RP) for OCD. We are virtual counselors, and all of our services are available via telehealth to residents of both North Carolina (NC) and South Carolina (SC). At CBT, we believe mental health care can be treated as other medical conditions with a projected beginning and end to treatment.
