At Carolina Behavioral Therapy LLC (CBT), our clinicians specialize in the use of evidence-based treatments to treat a variety of mood disorders, suicide / self-harm behaviors, and other problematic mood dependent behaviors that interfere with life. Our therapists are intensively trained in the treatments that we offer and maintaining certification in these treatments assures you as the consumer that the therapist providing your treatment has consistently proven they know the treatment to the appropriate certification commission. We offer a Linehan-style adult Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) program, Prolonged Exposure Therapy (PE) for PTSD, and Exposure and Response Prevention (EX/RP) for OCD. All services are provided on a virtual platform to residents of both North Carolina (NC) and South Carolina (SC). At CBT, we believe mental health care can be treated as other medical conditions with a projected beginning and end to treatment.
